Steve Lawrence Design & Build was established in 1988. We are based at 49 The Greenways, Coggeshall, Colchester CO6 1QH and work across Essex and East London - including Coggeshall, Colchester, Witham, Braintree and Chelmsford.
We are a small in-house team covering the full design-to-handover process. The same people who take the brief see the project through to handover. Electrical, plumbing, tiling, flooring and finish are all in-house.
