How we work
- Initial visit and brief - we come to the property, listen to the requirement, and take measurements.
- CAD design and quote - 2D and 3D drawings of the proposed work, with an itemised quote.
- Planning and Building Regs - where the work needs permission, we handle the submission.
- Build phase - in-house team, including electrical, plumbing, tiling and flooring.
- Handover - final walk-through, snag list signed off, sign-off photos.
